❖ No smoking in the House, you can use the back garden fi you need to smoke.

❖ Please respect the neighbours (We have a strict no party, no smoking, no gathering, and no loud noise policy

❖ No pets

❖ Use the extractor fan when cooking

❖ Avoid cooking fried or strong-smelling food.

❖ Don't eat or drink on beds.

❖ Put rubbish in the bin bags and then into the large black bin in the front garden (emptied weekly)

❖ Avoid letting the internal and external doors slam

❖ Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily

❖ No sanitary towels, wipes or similar items to be flushed down the toilet - please use the bin

❖ Please keep the house clean during your stay: wash dishes and throw out rubbish, especially before checking out.

❖ In the event that the house is left in a condition that requires exceptional cleaning, these costs may be charged.

❖ The cost of cleaning or replacing stained items will be charged. This includes make-up on bedding, towels or carpets.

❖ Accidents happen. If you break anything or something needs repair let us know.

❖ If we find unreported damage there is a minimum emergency repair fee of £300

Bins

Bins can be taken out at any time. The communal bin areas are at either end of the car parking in front of cavailer terrace

There is an allocated free parking space on the front of the house 6. No permit needed. There is plenty of free parking on all streets surrounding the property, check local signage.

Points to note

Heating The thermostat and timer is on the corridor wall. **The timer has not been set please turn on the boiler using the switch and please do not forget to turn it off when leaving the house or when the house has warmed up.

** The boiler is in the utility cupboard right side just by kitchen

Health & Safety:

There is a fire blanket on the kitchen wall. There are smoke alarms on each floor in the house. ( and carbon monoxide on the ground floor)

Appliances:

Washer & dryer Machine is in the kitchen . The washer machine door has a time delay and will not open until the display light is off. Pulling the door handle hard will result in the handle breaking and a charge for repairs.

TV There is a 55 inch TV in the lounge with streaming facilities. Press the Guide button to see channels and program listings Products Feel free to use the products in the kitchen.
