❖ Please respect the neighbours (We have a strict no party, no smoking, no gathering, and no loud noise policy

❖ Avoid cooking fried or strong-smelling food.
❖ Don't eat or drink on beds.
❖ Put rubbish in the bin bags and then into the large black bin in the front garden (emptied weekly)
❖ Avoid letting the internal and external doors slam
❖ Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily
❖ No sanitary towels, wipes or similar items to be flushed down the toilet - please use the bin
❖ Please keep the house clean during your stay: wash dishes and throw out rubbish, especially before checking out.
❖ In the event that the house is left in a condition that requires exceptional cleaning, these costs may be charged.
❖ The cost of cleaning or replacing stained items will be charged. This includes make-up on bedding, towels or carpets.
❖ Accidents happen. If you break anything or something needs repair let us know.
❖ If we find unreported damage there is a minimum emergency repair fee of £250

We will not meet you, there is a key box at the property, code will be provided on check in day. kindly let us know your estimated time of arrival. Please ensure that any dishes are washed up and that rubbish put out as per house rules at the end of your stay.

Bins
There are 2 big black and grey bins in the front of the house, one is for general rubbish and the other for recycling. They are both emptied every other week
Points to note
Heating The thermostat and timer is on the corridor wall. **The timer has not been set please turn on the boiler using the switch and please dont forget to turn it off when leaving the house or when the house has warmed up. ** The boiler is in the utility cupboard right side just by kitchen entrance .
Health & Safety:
There is a fire blanket on the kitchen wall. There are smoke alarms on each floor in the house. ( and carbon monoxide on the ground floor)
Appliances:
Washer Machine is in the end of the kitchen towards the garden. The washer machine door has a time delay and will not open until the display light is off. Pulling the door handle hard will result in the handle breaking and a charge for repairs.
TV There is a 32-inch TV in the lounge streaming facilities. Press the Guide button to see channels and program listings Products Feel free to use the products in the kitchen.
